Bulgarian Minister Woos German Investors in Berlin Bulgaria's Regional Development Minister Rosen Plevneliev is presenting investment opportunities at a forum in Berlin on Tuesday.
The "economic dialogue" forum "Bulgaria-Germany – New Opportunities for Trade, Cooperation and Investments in Bulgaria" is organized by the Bulgarian Embassy in Germany, the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DBIHK), the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce and the German Agency for Commerce and Investments with the aid of the German Federal Ministry of Economy and Technologies.
Plevneliev, who is a former manager of the German construction and a real estate company Lindner in Bulgaria, will be presenting the economic situation in the country as well as specific investment opportunities.

The properties near the village of Dobroslavtsi right outside of Sofia to the northwest, which is expected to host the Formula 1 racetrack on a former air base plot, increased by 50%-75% overnight, according to bTV.
The private channel reports that the rumors around the future F1 site are not the only the locals at Dobroslavtsi have been targeted by buyers for their land as three years ago a Spanish company bought 40 hectares close to the village at about EUR 10-12 per square meter.

Tsvetanov suggested in an interview for Nova TV Tuesday that the court proceedings currently held against the controversial ethnic Turkish leader over alleged conflicts of interests might prove that Dogan has not committed any crime from a formal legal point of view.
The Minister of Interior nevertheless stressed that the case is of utmost importance, saying that it is manifest that Dogan had acted wrongly, morally and politically speaking.

On Monday, the Deputy District Governor of Pernik, Radoslav Yordanov, announced that the local authorities have renewed their talks with the central government for the building of a new train station that will provide a connection between the Pernik-Sofia rail line and the Sofia subway.
